My stay at H10 Casa Del Mar was fantastic! The rooftop bar had stunning views, especially at sunset, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of pastries and fresh juices. The spacious Double Room with Pool View was comfortable, making it a great retreat after a day of exploring.

Minor noise from nearby areas occasionally disrupted sleep.

The breakfast at H10 Casa Del Mar was top-notch, and the rooftop bar serving cocktails as the sun dipped below the horizon was pure bliss. Plus, the cozy lobby bar was great for winding down after a day of exploring Santa Ponsa's culinary gems.

One cheeky downside, the lack of shade by the pool makes chilling out trickier than it should be, and those late-night rambunctious beachgoers can be a real wake-up call.

A Disappointing Special Occasion Stay

We recently stayed for our son's birthday and were greatly let down. We faced unexpected charges upon check-in and ended up in a room with a poor view. The pool was too crowded for comfort.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room with Sea View for 6 nights. The room was modern and well-decorated with a breathtaking view of the bay. I appreciated the daily housekeeping and the comfortable bedding. The location is perfect, right across from the beach, and I enjoyed exploring local restaurants nearby. Breakfast deserves a shoutout—great variety and good quality every day. The rooftop bar was another highlight, offering stunning sunset views and refreshing cocktails. However, I encountered some issues. The air conditioning didn’t seem to cool effectively, which made the room quite warm. Also, I experienced a problem with the shower that caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor, and despite multiple reports, it wasn’t fixed during my stay. The pool area could use more maintenance, as I noticed several broken sun loungers and missing tiles. Interaction with staff was hit or miss. some were attentive while others seemed disinterested. Overall, I loved the location and views but felt that service and maintenance need improvement.
